OUTBOUND DOMESTIC CARGO ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTION

Required papers and documents:
•    Booking note provided by Carrier;
•    Personal ID of the consignor, referral letter by the agency or organization;
•    Goods’ related documents requested by authorities;
•    Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch (acquire at ACS’s Export Division Office)
Prior to cargo shipping:
•    Goods need to be sorted to ensure the content of the shipment does not include explosive, liquid, unidentified gas and other dangerous characteristics that may endanger and compromise aviation security and safety;
•    Goods are securely packed, fulfilling proper packing requirement for shipping, labeled, marked and counted.
•    Necessary information on the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch” are filled.
Shipping procedures:
1.    Acceptance procedure:
-    Presenting the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch” with all the information filled and the booking note to ACS’s employees at the Domestic Acceptance booth;
-    Instructing ACS’s employees to break down and gather goods at cargo assembly area;
-    Overseeing the cargo’s weighing, measuring and counting process;
-    Rechecking and verifying the cargo information in the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch”.
2.    Aviation Security procedure:
It is strongly advised that customers shall cooperate and provide all information that relates to the cargo to security personnel during screening and examining cargo’s safety.
3.    Air way bill procedure:
Customers need to pay all the charges at ACS’s stall before bringing the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch” to the Carrier’s office and finalizing the shipping procedures.
Service time:
-    ACS provide domestic cargo handling service to customer according to the Carrier’s flight schedule. On holidays, Tet and other compensatory leaves, please contact the following numbers (04)3.584.2568 / 094.363.8898 to request service and further information.
-    The amount of time requires to complete the shipping procedure shall depends on the cargo’s type, weight and other related documents as requested by the authorities such as: Medical assessment, Animal & Plant assessment and the carrier’s shipping regulations.


v    If your cargo’s characteristics belong to these following categories:
o    Dangerous goods as regulated by IATA;
o    Perishable goods, cryopreserved goods;
o    Live animal;
o    High value goods; vulnerable goods;
o    Heavy cargo; oversized cargo; human remains…
Please contact the Carrier’s agent to book and prepare all necessary paperwork beforehand.

-    Fulfilling Custom’s formalities and getting the Custom’s Insignia on the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch”.
2.    Acceptance procedure:
-    Presenting the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch” with all the information filled and the booking note to ACS’s employees at the International Acceptance booth;
-    Instructing ACS’s employees to break down and gather goods at cargo assembly area;
-    Overseeing the cargo’s weighing, measuring and counting process;
-    Rechecking and verifying the cargo information in the “Shipper’s letter of instruction for dispatch”.

Please contact Custom Supervisor Team, Custom Cargo check-up Team of Noibai Custom Department for registration of overtime procedures.
