ACSV to keep on "Kaizen" to improve its services quality

ACSV services Kaizen

As part of services quality improving program, on Nov 20, 2015 ACSV held an internal the first meeting to review all ideas of improving its services quality. In this event, ACSV will elect the most effective ideas of improving the company's services quality.

Among the ideas sent to the program organizer, 05 staff with 08 ideas were awarded for improving company services quality. Each winner presented his idea to the Board and all other staff to receive feedbacks about their idea.

To keep improving services quality for reaching international standard, ACSV will need much more investment, enthusiasm, and passion from every staff from the company. The meeting on Nov 20, 2015 is very much a keystone, marking the firm effort of ACSV staff and management board to bring company's services quality closer to international-standard.
