GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CARGO FACILITIES CHARGE
 
1)       SCOPE OF APPLICATION
 
This price list is used to calculate the handling charges applied for international and domestic inbound/outbound cargoes as well as transhipments handled by ACSV, including services such as providing equipment, space and manpower to load cargo onto/unload cargo from vehicles; cargo transportation within the cargo terminal area; supporting services outside the cargo handling area for Carriers.
 
ACSV’s services are classified as air transportation service therefore ACSV abides all regulations set by relevant air transportation conventions and laws regarding compensation and compensation amount. 
 
2)       UNIT APPLIED 
 
AWB: Master Airway Bill (MAWB), House Airway Bill (HAWB) or mail documents (CN38/ BC37).
 
AWB/time: The number of time that a handling service or supporting service are applied to a shipment on an AWB; in case the shipment consists of multiple types of cargo that require different handling services, each type of handling service is treated as one time service applied, express handling is treated as one type of handling service and as a result also treated as one time service applied.
 
3)       CHARGE CALCULATION BASIS
 
1. The handling charges are calculated based on the gross weight of each type of cargo on each AWB, except when ground transportation is paid according to the chargeable weight on the AWB. 
 
2. In case one cargo piece required multiple types of handling service, the handling charge is calculated using the highest handling rate among the types of handling service applied. 
 
3. Type of handling service will be determined according to the following bases:
 
3.1 Based on IATA cargo handling regulations and the Carriers’ instructions.
 
3.2 Based on the cargo handling agent’s regulations.
 
3.3 Based on customers’ requirements and the actual circumstances.
 
4. Minimum charges are applied when the total service charge does not exceed the minimum charge.
 
5. In case of changing cargo handling service type during the handling process, the total handling charge will be the sum of all respective handling charges.
 
4)       SERVICE CHARGE PAYER
 
·         For international outbound cargo: The shippers.
 
·         For international inbound cargo: The consignees.
 
·         For other cases: According to the agreement between all concerning parties.
 
5)       TAX AND FEES
 
The listed service rates do not include any relevant tax and fees.
 
6)       OTHER ISSUES
 
In case of official request from the payer, the handling charges will be calculated according to the signed contract between all relevant parties. 
 
For all other special handling cases not included in this price list, the handling charges will be calculated according to ACSV’s policy at the time of service provision.
 
 
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CARGO STORAGE SERVICES
 
1)     SCOPE OF APPLICATION
 
This price list is used to calculate the storage charges applied for international and domestic inbound/outbound cargoes stored at ACSV cargo terminal. ACSV’s services are classified as air transportation service therefore ACSV abides all regulations set by relevant air transportation conventions and laws regarding compensation and compensation amount.   
 
2)       UNIT APPLIED
 
Hour: Rounding to 01 hour even when the storage time is under 60 minutes. 
 
Day: Rounding to 01 day even when the storage time is under 24 hours. 
 
AWB: Master Airway Bill (MAWB), House Airway Bill (HAWB) or mail documents (CN38/ BC37).
 
AWB/time: The number of time that shipments on an AWB are accepted into the warehouse; in case the shipment consists of multiple types of cargo that require different storage services, each type of storage service is treated as one time cargo accepted into the warehouse for storage.
 
3)       CHARGE CALCULATION BASIS
 
The storage charges are calculated based on the gross weight of each type of cargo on each AWB. 
 
Type of storage service will be determined according to the following bases:  
 
1. Based on IATA cargo handling regulations and the Carriers’ instructions.
 
2. Based on the cargo handling agent’s regulations.
 
3. Based on customers’ requirements and the actual circumstances.
 
4. Minimum charge are applied when the total service charge does not exceed the minimum charge.
 
4)       SERVICE CHARGE PAYER
 
1)      For outbound cargo: Free storage period and service rate applied for each type of cargo:
 
·         Shipper: Paying storage charge for outbound shipments from acceptance until the flight’ scheduled time of departure. 
 
·         Carrier: Paying storage charge for outbound shipments from the flight’s scheduled date of departure until the flight’s actual date of departure without any free storage period. 
 
2)      For inbound cargo: Free storage period and service rate applied for each type of cargo:
 
·         Consignee: Paying storage charge for inbound shipments from the flight’s actual time of arrival until the cargo is delivered to the customers. 
 
·         Carrier: Paying storage charge for misrouted cargoes, cargoes which the consignee refuses to receive and cargoes under the carrier’s responsibility.
 
3)      For other cases: According to the agreement between all concerning parties.
 
5)       STORAGE FEE CHARGING TIME
 
For outbound cargo: From cargo acceptance until the flight’s actual time of departure, excluding the corresponding free storage period. 
 
For inbound cargo: From the flight’s actual time of arrival until the cargo is delivered to the customers, excluding the corresponding free storage period.
 
6)       FREE STORAGE PERIOD
 
·         For general cargo, mail, vulnerable cargo, oversize and overweight cargo:
 
o   For inbound cargo: Free storage on the delivery date, the flight’s actual date of departure and the following date, weekend, holidays and compensation day-off in case the holidays coincide with weekend.  
 
o   For outbound cargo: Free storage on the acceptance date, the flight’s scheduled date of departure the preceding date, weekend, holidays and compensation day-off in case the holidays coincide with weekend.
 
o   For transhipment, returned cargo as requested by the Carrier: Free storage on the cargo arrival date, the following date and the cargo departure date. 
 
·         For valuable cargo, perishable cargo, live animal cargo, dangerous cargo:
 
o   For inbound cargo: Free storage during the first 03 hours after the flight’s actual time of arrival.
 
o   For outbound cargo: Free storage during the 06 hours prior to the flight’s scheduled time of departure.
 
o   For transhipment, returned cargo as requested by the Carrier: Same free storage policy as general cargo.
 
·         For warehouse storage only (without cargo handling): No fee will be charge for warehouse storage for general cargo on the day of withdrawal, no free warehouse storage policy for special cargo. The applicable charge is the highest warehouse storage charge that corresponds with each type of cargo.
 
7)     STORAGE CHARGE CALCULATION IN CASE OF MULTIPLE PAYERS
 
For outbound cargo: Storage charge for the period payable by the shippers and storage charge for the period payable by the Carriers are calculated separately, combining both periods is prohibited.
 
8)     TAX AND FEES
 
The listed service rates do not include any relevant tax and fees.
 
9)     OTHER ISSUES
 
In case of official request from the payer, the storage charges will be calculated according to the signed contract between all relevant parties. 
 
For all other special handling cases not included in this price list, the storage charges will be calculated according to ACSV’s policy at the time of service provision.
